There are NO REFUNDS for autograph signings whether private or public. IF there are issues, Georgia Autographs will evaluate the situation to make it right. We want the best for you and want you to keep coming to us to help build your collection! Do not expect refunds for small things in an imperfect business/hobby. We are collectors first so we can relate to most things surrounding the hobby and collector's world.
We do accept returns for web orders within 15 days of placing the order, but all return shipping is on the buyer unless Georgia Autographs is at fault. Again, we will evaluate the situation to make the best of it for you.
All autographs are 100% guaranteed and we work with the best authenticators in the hobby. If your item isn't authenticated by Georgia Autographs, it will be authenticated by a reputable third party witness company such as Beckett, JSA, or Radtke. You do not have to worry about authenticity with us. Any questions, please ask.
Private Signing Send Ins / Mail Order
Georgia Autographs accepts mail order for private signings unless noted otherwise. You can send your own items to us to be signed or you can order items from our online shop to be signed.
Mail Orders will be shipped to you starting the week following the signing. Allow 5-7 business days to receive tracking unless communicated differently. Have patience with this process. Please do not contact us the day of the signing or the day after asking for your items. We want to get your items back to you as fast as possible.
All mail in items need to include return shipping or we will button this up at the point of return after the signing is complete. Please note all orders that include return shipping will be shipped out first. Orders that contain return shipping will always be a priority. Not including return shipping could potentially delay the return of you order.
When sending items in for private signings please make sure your name is on the package and on the items. We do tons of organizing and sorting for each private signing, but we are human and tend to miss things sometimes. For your expectations, do not expect and 100% rely on the Georgia Autographs team to search through your packages and put scattered pieces of the puzzle together. We will help and do our best, but please be clear and organized. Ask questions if you're unclear on something. When we have hundreds of items, we cannot focus on one specific order to make sure all is right.
Label items for private signings correctly, how you want them signed, color choice of ink, and location of the autographs/inscriptions. Place use labels or sticky notes on your items to help mark your items off if you have specific requests.
We have all standard color pens and markers. (Blue, Black, White, Silver, and usually Red) This includes ball point pens (only blue), top quality paint pens, and common Sharpies.
Please give detailed notes in your order and on your items if you want specific color ink.
Some items listed on the website may show a stock photo because of the extensive inventory available. It is complicated to take a photo of every item if there's (100) items of the same piece. We assure you the item you order is of great quality and is guaranteed authentic.
